These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of joinvoyagr.app, our waitlist and creator application forms, and the Voyagr app once it becomes available (together, the "Services"), provided by Voyagr Technologies LLC ("Voyagr," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. The pre-launch Services
Voyagr is currently in a pre-launch phase. The waitlist and creator application forms let you express interest in early access and, for creators, apply to participate as a founding creator. Submitting a form does not guarantee access, selection, or any specific launch date. We may modify, delay, or discontinue any part of the pre-launch Services at any time.
3. Creator applications
If you apply as a creator, the information you submit (platform, handle, follower count, niche, and any written responses) will be used to evaluate your application. Acceptance as a founding creator, and the terms of any resulting creator agreement (including revenue splits), will be governed by a separate agreement provided to accepted creators.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information in the waitlist or creator forms
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or interfere with their operation
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse content or data from the Services
5. Third-party services & affiliate links
The Services may reference or, once launched, link to third-party experience and booking providers, including Viator and Booking.com. These are independent businesses, and Voyagr is not responsible for their content, availability, or performance. Bookings made through these partners are subject to the partner's own terms. Voyagr may earn a commission on qualifying bookings made through these links.
6. Intellectual property
The Voyagr name, logo, and the content on this website (excluding user- or creator-submitted content) are owned by Voyagr Technologies LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, branding, or site content without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular launch timeline, feature, or creator acceptance outcome will occur.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyagr Technologies LLC and its founders, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services will not exceed $100.
9. Changes to the Services or these Terms
We may update these Terms as Voyagr evolves, particularly around the app's launch. We'll post the updated Terms here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
